New Members Peter and Charlotte Featherstone
Peter and Charlotte Featherstone live in Annapolis and own a l985 36 Classic names ‘Tis, which they keep at Harris Creek in St. Michaels. Peter spent 6 years on active duty (Navy), and 30+ years as a hired gun (general management, sales and marketing), before finding his dream job as a 5th grade public school teacher. He retired last year after 12 years.
Charlotte spent her career as a manager with GTE and Verizon, before retiring in 2005. For nearly 30 years they’ve lived on or near Long Island Sound. Early on they raced Hobie 16’s. Peter then raced a Lido 14 in scratch races at our local neighborhood. They’ve bare-boat chartered extensively, in the BVI, St. Martins, Guadeloupe, S.W. Florida, Baja, and yes, the Chesapeake
'Tis
Besides cruising and messing round with boats, Peter mountain bikes, and sails when he gets a chance. Charlotte contra dances and is a Jazzercise fanatic. They both enjoy bare-boat chartering.
